Add contact data to Contacts List

You can add contacts found on Finder and Internal Telephone Directory on your Contacts List. The list will be available to you as long as you are logged on to the service.

The Contacts List will help you

• print out contact details found or save information as a document
• send SMS to mobile phone numbers on the list
• save contact information on your mobile phone

To add contact information:

You can add a maximum of 200 contact details at a time. As an Internal Telephone Directory user you can add an unlimited number of contact details.

You will see the list of contact details found on Finder’s search result page. You can mark information to be moved to the Contacts List on the menu window. Contacts can also be added from individual result pages by pressing Add to Contacts List.
